No, they are not kits. These are genuine custom framed and custom built on site just like a custom home.
Yes, believe it or not, we finish them in about 30 days or less.
And of course, they are ALL modifiable.

Gambrel or American Barn
This model is the typical American Icon version with the famous Gambrel roof. It is really a beautiful look for most homes or ranches and is especially nice because it will fit on a narrow building pad. Floor Plan

The Traditional
The Traditional Barn is a VERY versatile barn. It comes with a second story or not, but with the second story , it gives you so much extra space not to mention extra options of use. Many uses some of our past clients have done with this are: livestock, wood shop, automotive shop, storage, hobbies, house, apartment, and so on........

Dutch or Eastern Barn

The Dutch or Eastern Barn is a very simple and straight forward model. A rectangle with gables. It is generally a very popular style and can be used for almost anything. This model also fits well on a narrow building pad.

Traditional - Extra Wide

This version of the Traditional Barn is built with extra wide wings to create more room for additional garage doors.
It still has a second floor above and interior stairs. Walls can be stretched in height on all models.

Traditional for RV Storage
This Traditional is built without an upstairs loft and has 13 foot high doors to allow a motor home or trailor to access.

Exterior Stairs
We can build the stairs for the second floor on the outside of the building to create more room on the inside. This also creates a nice outside room depending on how big the deck is designed.

3/4 Horse Barn
This Barn is The Traditional but with one wing missing. Saves a few bucks and it fits in a tighter space.

3/4 Traditional Barn
This is, yes, 3/4 of the Traditional Barn, but all closed in, unlike the horse barn. This one has a second story.

3 Car Garage

35' x 25' Garage. 16' wide garare door and a 9' wide garage door. 8' high walls. Gable roof.

2 Car Garage
24' x 24' 2 Car Garage with a 16' wide by 7' high garage door.

2 Car Garage - 8' Door

A 2 car garage with a 16' wide x 8' HIGH door. All else is the same as the 24' x 24' garage except the roof is a little steeper.

1 Car Garage
A single car garage that can be used for a shop.
